Through the support of my affiliations, I have been able to grow my skills, and find the tools to enhance them. The opportunities and access afforded educational opportunities and exposure to advance my mission.
My favorite culinary activity is to create recipes. My passion is to create recipes for specialty diets. My First cookbook as discussed on this website is being developed to help those who are going through cancer. I have had the opportunity to assist with specialty diets required for specific medical needs during treatment and recovery. I have also had the opportunity to create recipes to challenge kids to make dishes using ingredients and spices from other regions around the globe. Check back for more recipes.
Periodically I plan to create and attach cooking videos on my YouTube Channel. The number is small but hopefully the count will increase. The first 8 videos are a celebration of global culinary dishes and their spices. Recipes were created for every county or continent that participates in Destination Imagination.
