The American Culinary Federation is the Largest professional Chef’s organization in North America. I am grateful for the continuing education opportunities and advice provided by this extraordinary group of people. The chance to hone my skills is great but they continue to provide assistance and contacts to advance my goals.
I have been a proud Destination Imagination volunteer for decades. Destination Imagination was founded in 1999 and has impacted over one million participants with the purpose to inspire and equip students with invaluable 21st Century skills, creative outlets, and the confidence needed to succeed in school, career, and beyond. My kids are some of those participants, but sometimes it feels like I have benefitted as much as the kids.
