Ingredients

Ground beef (minced)

Ground lamb (minced)

Bacon (minced)

Onion (minced)

Fresh flat leaf parsley leaves (minced)

Salt

Black pepper

teaspoons
Paprika
as needed
Sunflower oil

Purple onion (freshly cut/sliced)

Pita bread (warm)
Instructions
Using a food grinder (small blade), mince the meats together.
Using a knife, Mince the onions and parsley.
In a large bowl, add all the ingredients, mix well.
Oil your hands with Sunflower oil, then form a 3-inch sausage shape, about the size of your thumb.
Grill on a oiled grill for 10-minutes, browning all sides
Serve on Pita bread with a sliced onions. Enjoy!
