Vegetable Pizza Rectangle

Ingredients
  

  • 1 each Thin crust flat pizza rectangle
  • ½ cup Zucchini (sliced thin)
  • ½ cup Mushrooms (sliced thin)
  • 1-2 Tomatoes (sliced thin)
  • 1/2 cup Goat cheese (crumbled)
  • as needed Olive oil
  • as needed Herbs from Provence

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Place the pizza flat crust on the parchment paper covered baking pan.
  • Arrange the zucchini and mushrooms on crust, sprinkle with olive oil, bake 10 minutes.
  • Add the goat cheese then return to the oven for 5 minutes.
  • Place the pizza on a cutting board and cut into 4 slices, top with a fresh tomato slice and spices. Enjoy!
