Ingredients

Small white shrimp (cleaned and deveined)
Fresh shrimp is the best.

Mango (diced)
1
each
Red onion (diced)
1-2
each
Jalapeños (diced and seeded)

each
Avocado (diced)
1
cup
Lemon juice

Fresh Limes

tablespoons
Cilantro leaves (shredded)
as needed
Salt and pepper
Instructions
Clean and devein the shrimp, place in a bowl and cover in lemon juice. refrigerate, overnight
In another bowl, combine the prepared mango, onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and avocado.
Drain shrimp and add to the fruit bowl. Squeeze fresh lime, and season.
Place in a serving bowl, serve with corn chips. Enjoy!
